Target failing pipes with the QuickLock repair sleeve that installs in minutes.
Positioned by a crawler and expanded pneumatically, Quick-Lock’s rehab sleeve provides structural, trenchless pipe repair with heavy-gauge 316L stainless steel. It is chemically resistant against sewage, thinned acids, lye, and aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Q: What is QuickLock used for?
A: QuickLock is a trenchless point repair system used to permanently repair isolated defects in sewer pipes. It compresses a 316L stainless steel sleeve and EPDM rubber seal against the pipe wall using an inflatable packer—without resins or curing time.
Q: How strong is the repair?
A: The compression sleeve restores structural integrity and withstands internal pressures up to about 214 psi and external pressures up to roughly 21.4 psi. Repairs can be lined over and pass both air and water tests.
Q: What materials are used in the sleeve and gasket?
A: The sleeve is made from 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The vulcanized EPDM gasket resists aging and is impervious to sewage, acids, alkalis, oils, and fuels.
Q: How is QuickLock installed?
A: Installation uses a specialty packer that inflates to compress the sleeve against the host pipe. Because there is no chemical curing, repairs can be completed quickly and reliably.
